Auditing & Independent Assurance
Evidence that stands up to scrutiny.
When to engage GRA
When you need an independent view of whether systems and controls work, a supplier or contractor review, or preparation for an external audit.
What the work involves
Outsourced internal audits against agreed standards, policies and requirements.
Supplier and contractor audits, independent reviews and control-effectiveness assessments.
Certification-readiness and gap assessments, with corrective-action verification.
Third-party certification audit delivery only through an appropriate certification-body appointment and approved scope. Any such appointment must be confirmed for the engagement.
What you receive
An audit plan defining scope, criteria, evidence and independence.
A report that distinguishes evidence, findings, risks and recommendations.
A prioritised corrective-action plan and agreed follow-up verification.
Independence and scope matter.
Audit criteria, competence, conflicts and independence are established before work begins. Where GRA has helped design or implement a system, any later assurance assignment must address that involvement openly.
Lewis’s ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualifications support his audit capability. They do not, by themselves, establish a certification-body appointment or accredited certification authority. GRA does not issue accredited certification.
