These are self-paced, non-accredited professional learning courses. They support awareness and reflection; they do not award a qualification, certify workplace competency or authorise hazardous work. Apply what you learn alongside your organisation’s procedures and advice appropriate to your role and jurisdiction.
Each purchase is for one learner and provides 12 months’ access from payment confirmation. Course access and progress are linked to your confirmed email account. A tutor, facilitated session or completion certificate is not included.
For access issues, refunds or complaints, email lewis@grayriskadvisory.com.au. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded. A full refund ends access for that purchase; disputed purchases may have access suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
